We are seeking a vessel of 60,000–64,000 deadweight tons (DWT) in Central and South America for the following shipment:



Cargo: Iron ore fines (settled on dry metric ton basis)



Laycan: From early August to September.



Loading Port: Las Losas, Chile



Discharging Port: Qingdao Port / Rizhao Port (same freight rate)



Freight Rate: USD per dry metric ton (ALL-IN, including base rate + BAF + Panama Canal transit fee), covering ocean freight from port to port only. Excludes all on-shore charges such as port ancillary fees at both ends, loading/unloading costs, customs clearance, insurance, domestic taxes, inland trucking, etc.



Quantity: 60,000 dry metric tons (with ±10% option in Charterers' favour), settled based on SGS dry metric ton weight at the discharging port



Laytime & Demurrage/Despatch:



Loading port: Not exceeding 6 clear weather working days, with laytime commencing 12 hours after NOR tendering



Discharging port: Not exceeding 5 clear weather working days, with laytime commencing 24 hours after NOR tendering



Demurrage: USD 17,500 per day (pro rata)



Despatch: 50% of the demurrage rate



Voyage Duration: Approximately 38–42 days



Freight Payment: Full freight to be settled within 3 working days after sailing; original Bill of Lading will be issued upon receipt of payment.



The shipment quantity totals 2 million tons, with the entire transportation operation projected to be finalized by the year 2028.
