food etc to be provided to them also.
Oil Spill Dispersant spray pipes Shall be available for fitting on both the sides to allow spraying of dispersant chemical.
Oil Spill Dispersant Chemical 500 Ltrs to come with the vessel and it shall always remain in good usable condition. Replacement due to expiry of the chemical to be at contractor's cost. However if the chemical is used in an emergency attributed to RIL, it shall be replenished at RIL's cost.
'A' frame (aft of the vessel) Min 40 MT

a) Vessel shall be fitted with four-point mooring system to allow secure tying to the SPM chains for subsea hose change etc.

b) The vessel should accommodate all the diving and following associated equipment

1. Approved Decompression chamber with all the attachments as required.
2. Hydraulic power pack
3. 600 CFM Heavy Duty LP Air Compressor.
4. H.P Diving Compressor
5. L.P.Diving compressor
6. Diving control Area where all the Diving communication and controls are available.
7. Hydraulic pressure testing Pump for testing up to 30 Bars
8. 2 nos. inflatable (Zodiac) boat with 25 HP outboard motors.
9. Pneumatic/Hydraulic spanner system with variable nut size attachments which can operate underwater in depths of about 35 mtr. This is to speedily tighten the studs underwater.

c) The vessel shall have sufficient accommodation for accommodating up to 13 additional SPM Maintenance personnel (Divers and diving seamen) provided by the contractor.

d) The vessel should have communication systems, navigational aids and safety equipment as per Local, National & International regulation as applicable to the vessel from time to time. The vessel should have fog lights facility for operations in foggy weather.

e) Vessel should have clear deck space sufficient space (Minimum usable deck area ~300 Sq. Meters) to carry out day-to-day operations and the maintenance work of floating or under buoy hose strings.

f) Any other equipment not mentioned but felt necessary to carry out all the jobs described in the scope of work in a professional manner should also be provided.

g) The vessel shall comply with all the regulations as required by the Flag Administration.


The vessel to comply with all DGS and port regulations with regards to safety on board the vessel. Contractor to ensure that all statutory certificates of the vessels are valid at all times.
