DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a double-hulled crude oil storage barge with a capacity of up to 50,000 barrels for our Abiala Project. We invite expressions of interest from owners or operators with suitable assets.

Required Vessels:

Storage Barge

Capacity: Up to 50,000 bbls

LOA: <100m

Beam: 15–20m

Shuttle Tanker or Barge

LOA: <100m

Beam: 15–20m

Self-propelled or tug-assisted

Minimum Specifications (Both Units):

Double-hulled with calibrated cargo tanks (NUPRC-approved)

Equipped with cargo pumps, manifolds, pipelines

Simultaneous loading/discharge capability

Loading/discharge rate: 3,000–5,000 bbls/hr

Fender tyres or baby fenders for shuttle barge

Documentation:

Valid cabotage (NIMASA), NUPRC CVL

Up-to-date trading documents, surveys, and insurance

Channel Restrictions:

Lagos Channel: 30m wide

Abiala Channel: 60m wide

Depth: 4m

Location Preference: Nigerian waters or Nigerian-flagged vessels.
