Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP)#: RFP#2025-0225_LCT Leasing Subic Bay to Port Irene Northern Luzon, Philippines in support of POSC 1V N62742-22-C-3507 awarded by the US Department of Defense. We are hereby inviting your company to submit a firm fixed price proposal in accordance with the requirements in Enclosure 1 – Statement of Work.

The rental period will be from March 08 to March 20. 2025.

You are requested to submit your offer as per below schedule.

RFP questions due in by February 27, 2025, 11:00AM

Proposals due on March 1, 2025, on or before 1:00PM.
