DESCRIPTION

We have this requirement :

Service: scheduled international RoPax, Sandakan (MY) <-> Zamboanga (PH), ~260 nm, ~20 h open-sea crossing (Sulu/Celebes), incl. periodic full-vessel repatriation sailings.

Hull: single monohull, displacement, good seakeeping for open water. Service speed 14–20 kn (NO fast/HSC, nothing >20 kn). Pref. LOA ~80–115 m.

Capacity: ~400–650 pax. Open/pullman seating convertible to bunk/berth areas + 3–10 cabins for premium classes. Galley/restaurant + A/C. RoRo deck for cargo (bow and/or stern ramp).

Class/cert: IACS class with international + full SOLAS passenger certification (or non-IACS at the right price WITH a costed upgrade path). Built 2000 onwards preferred.

Commercial: time charter preferred (state period & delivery range — Asia positioning ideal); sale considered. Need full spec, class records, last SS/DD dates, GA plan, and earliest delivery.
