DESCRIPTION

This is what we need:

We are looking for the availability of two VLCC tankers for two separate projects in the same geographical area.

Project 1:
Requirements:
­ VLCC tanker to act as back up FSO. Max 15 years of age
­ Must be equipped with a DP2 (Dynamic Positioning 2) system (show stopper requirement)
­ Need have capable pumps to export to other shuttle tankers
­ Need a skidmeter
­ Trading area: Cameroon waters.
­ Project timeline: needs to ensure availability of the VLCC tanker, FEED study (2 months) for connection
­ Possible contract duration: 3 or 6 months, might start in November 2025

Deliverables
­ Availability
­ Lease cost when on call and lead time to deploy into Cameroon waters
­ Lease cost when on standby in Cameroon waters
­ Lease cost when actively operating, storing and exporting crude oil
­ Availability, specs and cost of tanker
­ Provide bimonthly report on possible options

Project 2:
Requirements:
­ VLCC tanker to be converted to FSO, max 10 years of age, best 5 years if doable.
­ Trading area: Cameroon waters.
­ Project timeline: need to know market availability in now in order to plan accordingly as conversion might start early Q1 2026
Deliverables
­ Availability, specs and cost of tanker
­ Provide bimonthly or monthly reports updates on possible options in the market
­ Able to facilitate negotiations in case of a purchase (not a show stopper).
