DESCRIPTION

We are offering 48m working vessel with proven design with two basic options: full design package (already IACS Class approved) and/or new build (on “Built to Order” basis in well-established EU based shipbuilding facility). We can also offer “in-house” design customization based on the Customer special requirements.
One vessel based on the similar design is already built, tested, delivered and successfully deployed with one EU based waterways maintenance company and it is available for Customer inspection.
Vessel is specially designed for hydro-construction works, waterways maintenance, construction of new and reparation of existing maritime signaling facilities and water supply. The ship is single hull steel vessel, with two propulsion diesel engines and two fixed pitch propellers, two rudders and additional bow and stern side thrusters 75 kW each.
Vessel’s main features: automated concrete batch plant with max. capacity of 60 m3/day with Cement, Sand and Aggregate/Gravel holds, concrete pump for transporting concrete including one large delivery arm with 35 m reach, water tank capacity of 200m3 with water pumps for drinking/potable water supply to lighthouses/islands, a bow ramp for loading/unloading road vehicles e.g. trucks with material, a reinforced deck for the transport of construction machinery, large open deck-space for accommodation buoys, hydraulically operated ship's crane (20 t @ 4 m; 2 t @ max. 20 m), diving and working compressor with 450 liters air-bank @ 300 bar, full sets of diving equipment for 4 divers, full set of underwater pneumatic tools, fully equipped ship's workshop.
Working deck is providing sufficient accommodation for various combinations of buoys, anchor chains and anchor blocks.
Small working-boat on stern, LOA 6 m, diesel inboard engine 50 kW, with 5m reach davit and windlass.
