GRS identification number: #1075909
This Jack Up is a specially adapted jack-up accommodation and crane barge. As a self-propelled, self-elevating vessel provides versatility and operational flexibility. Fitted with two cranes, it has the impressive ability to use them both in tandem. Located on the main deck is a quarters/pilothouse, three jacking towers with a ringer crane a top each of the forward towers. The engine room and tanks for ballast, preload, fresh water, fuel oil, slop oil and oily water are located below the main deck. The quarters arrangement accommodates 150 including the crew. Each leg can operate independently by means of a hydraulically controlled rack and pinion jacking system. As the hull is elevated out of the water, the three legs transfer the hull olad to the pads resting on the sea bottom.
