2024 Main Crane 1200t Self-Propelled Self-Elevating Wind Turbine Installation Platform

1. Vessel Type
This platform is a four-leg hydraulic pin-type self-elevating wind turbine installation platform, mainly consisting of the hull, 4 cylindrical legs, 4 hydraulic jacking systems, etc. It features a streamlined bow, a square stern, an all-welded steel hull with a partial double bottom amidships, a continuous deck, accommodation and a helicopter landing platform at the bow, an unobstructed working deck amidships, a 1200t revolving crane around the leg at the port side of the stern, 3 azimuth thrusters at the stern, 3 bow thrusters, and full electric drive.

This platform is a self-elevating wind turbine installation platform capable of pile driving, tower lifting, and wind turbine installation for offshore wind turbines up to 14MW. Its navigation area meets requirements for international mobilization and operation. Deck area and variable load allow for transportation and pre-installation of two sets of 6MW or one set of 14MW wind turbine components.

IACS classed, unlimited towing area, operating area is near-shore waters, maximum operating water depth 50m. This platform is designed for ice-free operation.
